目的:依据量表编制程序编制易怒体质量表,研究因怒引发的不同情志病证的体质特点。方法:依据文献及3家医院住院病历的回顾性调查,建立初选条目池。采取多阶段分层整群抽样的方式抽取520例研究对象,以初选量表为调查工具对其进行问卷调查,采用4种统计学方法建立初始易怒体质量表,并对其进行可行性、信度及效度考评。结果:确立了易怒体质的含义,经流行病学调查及统计分析,形成了包含4个维度37个条目的易怒体质量表,分别从形态结构特征、怒伤肝、机体功能下降、心理特征方面描述易怒体质,其可行性、信度、效度良好。结论:易怒体质量表可以试用于人群的易怒体质评价,为有效预防情志疾病的发生提供依据。 Objective: According to the scale preparation program to prepare the body mass index of irritability, to study the physical characteristics of different emotional symptoms caused by rage.
