Surveys show that there are about 400 million computers and 1 billion mobile phones in the world’s 6 billion people. To provide such a large user base anytime, anywhere high-quality voice services and data, images, music, web browsing, mobile commerce, video conferencing and other high-speed information services, whether from the address space or from the mobility support considerations , IPv4 is powerless, unsustainable.
