本文详细介绍了压水堆电站压力容器堆焊不锈层,密封面堆焊镍基合金,元件定位架母材和钎焊料以及蒸汽发生器传热管在核电站一、二回路介质中的静水和动水腐蚀性能。试验结果表明,本文所述的各种国产结构材料,只要严格控制材质和冶金加工工艺,并对奥氏体合金的晶间腐蚀倾向进行必要的考核,在使用中严格控制介质的水化学条件,特别是实行有效的除氧,防止氯离子局部浓集和游离碱的存在,那么在压水堆电站条件下的使用情况将是令人满意的。
