今年上半年的经济社会发展形势之好超过预期,这种良好的发展态势确实鼓舞人心。但也要看到,越是形势好,越要保持清醒的头脑,尤其要着力研究和解决影响社会稳定的深层次矛盾和问题。其中,对影响职工队伍稳定的新情况新问题务必引起高度重视。如果这些问题得不到妥善解决,有可能影响社会政治稳定,影响改革发展的顺利进行,影响构建社会主义和谐社会。
The favorable economic and social development situation in the first half of this year exceeded expectations. This good momentum of development has indeed encouraged people.
