目的探讨冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期应用激光辅助孵化(AH)的效果。方法回顾分析2012年6月~12月我生殖中心FET资料,常规采用玻璃化冷冻卵裂期胚胎,复苏后对于透明带异常或年龄≥35岁或种植失败≥1次或胚胎质量差患者选择性应用激光辅助孵化处理(激光削薄透明带长度为30~40μm,深度为透明带外2/3)。结果 FET 198个周期,总临床妊娠率53.54%,AH共155个周期,冷冻胚胎复苏率92.06%,平均移植胚胎2.54±0.70个,临床妊娠率为51.61%,种植率25.64%,流产率15.0%,多胎率23.75%,无单卵双胎发生。结论选择性对玻璃化冻融卵裂期胚胎实施激光辅助孵化可获得满意的FET临床妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the effect of laser-assisted hatching (AH) on frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles. Methods Retrospective analysis of FET data of our reproductive center from June 2012 to December 2012 was conducted using vitrified cryogenic cleavage stage embryos. After resuscitation, patients with abnormalities of the zona pellucida or age ≥35 years or those with failed implantation ≥1 or poor embryo quality were selected The application of laser-assisted hatching (laser thinned zona pellucida length 30 ~ 40μm, the depth of the transparent band 2/3). Results The total clinical pregnancy rate of FET was 53.54% with 155 cycles of AH, 92.06% of frozen embryos and 2.54 ± 0.70 of average embryos transferred. The clinical pregnancy rate was 51.61%, the implantation rate was 25.64% and the abortion rate was 15.0% , Multiple birth rate 23.75%, no monozygotic twins. Conclusions Selective laser-assisted hatching of vitrified embryos can achieve a satisfactory clinical pregnancy rate of FET.
