目的:探讨朝鲜蓟叶提取物(ALE)的降血脂功能。方法:40只SD大鼠分成4组:对照组、模型组、ALE低剂量组和高剂量组。除对照组外,其余各组都饲喂高脂饲料。实验组每天灌胃以40 mg/kg.bw和80 mg/kg.bw不同剂量的ALE,饲养31 d后,断头处死大鼠,对大鼠体重、血液及肝中的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及肝中的脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)活性进行分析比较。结果:与模型组相比,实验组大鼠血清及肝脏中的LPL和HL活性显著增强(p<0.05);肝中MDA含量显著下降(p<0.05);血清和肝脏中TG、TC、LDL含量降低,血清中HDL含量增加。结论:ALE可以通过改善大鼠体内相应的生化指标达到降低血脂,控制体重的作用。。
Objective: To investigate the hypolipidemic effect of artichoke leaf extract (ALE). Methods: Forty SD rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, model group, ALE low dose group and high dose group. Except the control group, the other groups were fed with high-fat diet. The experimental group was fed with ALE at doses of 40 mg / kg.bw and 80 mg / kg.bw daily for 31 days, then the rats were decapitated and the body weight, triglyceride content in blood and liver (TG (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), malondialdehyde (MDA) and liver lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase (HL) For analysis and comparison. Results: Compared with model group, LPL and HL activities in serum and liver of experimental group were significantly increased (p <0.05); MDA content in liver was significantly decreased (p <0.05); TG, TC, LDL Lower levels of serum HDL content increased. Conclusion: ALE can reduce blood fat and control body weight by improving corresponding biochemical indexes in rats. .
