经济法律责任是当前经济法学界研究的热点,对其责任形态在目前还无法取得一致的认识。经济法律责任的二元性体现在研究的逻辑起点和本质属性上。经济法律责任的研究应当以市民社会与政治国家的运动为逻辑起点,力求弥补完善传统分类的不足。经济法律责任同时具有责任形态的独立性和从属性的二元性特征。 Economic legal responsibility is the hotspot of current economic jurisprudence research. At present, it is impossible to get a consistent understanding of its responsibility form. The duality of economic legal responsibility is reflected in the logical starting point and essential attribute of the study. The study of economic legal responsibility should take the movement of civil society and political countries as the logical starting point, and strive to make up for the deficiencies of perfecting the traditional classification. Economic legal responsibility also has the duality of independence and subordination of the responsibility form.
