In this paper, the growth and genetic variation of wild Agaricus bisporus and its 10 isolates were studied. Studies have shown that there is a relationship between mycelial growth rate and the genetic variation revealed by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) between strain 96.4 and its monospore and between 10 strains of monospore Significant variation. RAPD fingerprinting revealed a rich biological variation of 96.4 strains through sexual reproduction.
