热力循环经济性能指标的在线监测由于受到某些不可测参数的限制而不易实现,尤其是凝汽器真空变化所引起的指标变化很难实现在线监测。等效焓降法用在热力系统计算时的最大特点是,在进汽参数不变的情况下,当系统某一部分发生变化对系统产生的影响大小不需要对整个系统进行重新计算,而只需要用等效焓降法计算变化的大小,从而可得到变化后系统的情况。该文利用等效焓降法的特殊性,计算凝汽器真空变化引起的指标变化,并通过其它可测参数,推算出不可测参数,从而实现热经济性指标的在线监测。
On-line monitoring of thermal cycling economic performance indicators is not easy to achieve due to some unmeasurable parameters, especially the changes of indicators caused by condenser vacuum changes are difficult to achieve on-line monitoring. Equivalent enthalpy drop method used in the calculation of the most important feature of the thermal system is that the constant intake parameters, when the system changes in a certain part of the impact on the size of the system does not require the entire system to be recalculated, but only need Equivalent enthalpy drop method to calculate the size of the change, which can be changed after the system situation. In this paper, we use the characteristic of equivalent enthalpy drop method to calculate the index change caused by the condenser vacuum change, and deduce the unmeasurable parameters through other measurable parameters so as to realize the on-line monitoring of thermal economy index.
