目的:观察环磷酰胺联合大剂量甲泼尼龙配合血液净化救治百草枯中毒的疗效。方法:在常规治疗的基础上采用静脉滴注环磷酰胺200mg,qd,连用10d(总量2g),联合静脉滴注大剂量甲泼尼龙1g,qd,配合血液净化并连用3d(总量3g)抢救口服百草枯中毒2例。结果:治疗9d后,患者血氧饱和度达98%,16d后患者痊愈出院,肝肾功能正常。随访未见任何后遗症。结论:百草枯中毒除早期采用彻底洗胃、导泻、使用抗自由基药物、预防感染等综合治疗外,应及时给予免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺联合大剂量糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙配合血液净化治疗。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of cyclophosphamide combined with high-dose methylprednisolone and blood purification to cure paraquat poisoning. Methods: On the basis of routine treatment, intravenous cyclophosphamide (200mg qd) for 10 days (total 2g) was intravenously administered in combination with intravenous bolus injection of methylprednisolone 1g qd for 3 days Rescue paraquat poisoning in 2 cases. Results: After 9 days of treatment, the oxygen saturation of patients reached 98%. After 16 days, the patients were cured and discharged, and their liver and kidney functions were normal. Follow-up without any sequelae. Conclusion: Paraquat poisoning in addition to early thorough gastric lavage, cathartic, the use of anti-free radical drugs, the prevention of infection and other comprehensive treatment, should be promptly given immunosuppressive agents cyclophosphamide combined with high-dose glucocorticoid methylprednisolone combined with blood purification treatment .
