曹文仁同志，原担任额济纳旗税务局局长兼税务、建行党支部书记。8月份由于税务机构分设工作的需要，调到阿盟地税局工作，虽说他的工作关系已去五局，但他仍然关心着额旗的税收和机构分设等工作。他代表盟局和额旗税务局领导，继续负责分设工作。起初额旗大部分税干对国家组建 Comrade Cao Wenren, former director of the Ejin Banner tax bureau and taxation, Party branch secretary. In August, due to the need of separation of tax agencies, he transferred to the Arab League Inland Revenue Department. Although his working relationship has gone to five offices, he still remains concerned about the tax revenue and the division of establishments. On behalf of the League Office and the Frontier Inland Revenue Department, he continued to be responsible for the division of work. At first, most of the taxes and duties were set up on the state
