按不完全双列杂交法对中国高粱细胞质和A1型细胞质进行了生育期等7个主要农艺性状的配合力分析。结果表明:一般配合力主要受核基因控制,但胞质基因对核基因的表达也有一定的影响。中国高粱细胞质虽未造成大多数被研究性状配合力的显著差异,但它在生产上利用,对增加胞质多样化、降低遗传脆弱性具有重要意义。
The analysis of combining ability of seven main agronomic traits, such as the growth period of cytoplasm and type A1 cytoplasm of sorghum in China by incomplete diallel cross hybridization. The results showed that the general combining ability was mainly controlled by nuclear genes, but the cytoplasmic genes also had some effects on the expression of nuclear genes. Although the cytoplasm of Chinese sorghum did not cause significant differences in the combining ability of most of the traits studied, its utilization in production was of great significance for increasing the diversity of cytoplasm and reducing the genetic vulnerability.
