The morphological study of dental enamel bone boundaries vary greatly, due to the methodological issues in the preparation of electron microscopy or light microscopy. In this study, the morphological changes of dental enamel boundary were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and polarized light microscopy (TEM). Fifty young premolars extracted with orthodontics without damaging the dental enamel bone boundaries were placed in buffered 10% formalin. Before the study immersed in 5% sodium hypochlorite solution for 20 minutes and then rinsed for 5 minutes to remove soft tissue, respectively, mark the buccal and lingual side, cut off part of the crown to make with the amount of crown enamel and
