寄宿制学校是特定形势下的产物,要使寄宿制学校有持续发展的力量与空间,必须致力于构建科学意义上的自主发展模式。即构建“三功能一主体”的自主发展模式,建立与之相应的三大系统,并与之交叉重合,从而进一步彰显养成教育魅力,坚持学生发展为本,突出个性差异培养,最终实现每个学生主体发展的目标,是寄宿制学校自主发展的方向。
