本文根据异步电机转子表而损耗的机理及转子表面机械加工后的实际情况,提出一种对鼠笼式异步电机转子表而进行化学切削的工艺措施,并在不同容量的电机上进行了实验。杂耗实测表明,应用这种工艺可以制成表面无毛刺的鼠笼式异步电机转子,从而大大降低了转子表面损耗,而且经济可靠,简单易行。对于具有半开槽和开口槽的大中型电机,其效果尤为显著,可使电机效率平均提高0.5%左右,因而对于提高电机性能及节约能源具有明显的实际意义和经济价值。
In this paper, according to the mechanism of the loss of the rotor surface of the asynchronous motor and the actual situation after the machining of the rotor surface, a technical measure for the chemical cutting of the rotor surface of the squirrel-cage asynchronous motor is proposed, and experiments are performed on the motors of different capacities. Miscellaneous consumption measurement shows that the application of this technology can be used to make a rotor without burr on the surface of a squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, which greatly reduces the surface loss of the rotor, and is economical, reliable and simple. For large and medium-sized motors with semi-grooved and open slots, the effect is particularly significant, and the motor efficiency can be increased by an average of 0.5%. Therefore, it has significant practical and economic value for improving motor performance and saving energy.
