虹膜切除术建立了眼前后房间的人工通道之后,前房深度有无变化?如何变化?有不同意见。Barkann 曾观察到虹膜切除术后前房加深。这与许多眼科医生长期以来的印象一致,而Jacobs 通过对7例10眼慢性闭角青光眼激光虹膜切除术所进行的前房深度观察,认为中央前房深度不加深。国内对此尚未见专题报告。本文对38例50眼原发性闭角青光眼氩激光虹膜切除术后中央和周边前房深度进行了观察,现将结果报告如下: Iridotomy has established the artificial channel in front of the room, whether there is any change in the depth of the anterior chamber? This is consistent with the longstanding impression of many ophthalmologists that Jacobs did not deepen the depth of the central anterior chamber through the depth of the anterior chamber observed in seven cases of 10 eyes with closed-angle glaucoma laser iridectomy.
