基于有限元分析程序ANSYS软件,将实体单元、板桥单元及杆单元进行组合,建立波形钢腹板PC组合简支梁计算模型,分别模拟计算组合梁在三分点对称加载作用下的波形钢腹板力学性能,对3个控制截面波形钢腹板剪应力分布及剪力分担比例进行理论分析,通过分析得出波形钢腹板承担截面剪力,分担比例为79.2%~82.9%,其中剪应力沿截面高度分布较均匀,同时对波形钢腹板相邻的直板段与斜板段剪应力关系进行分析。
Based on the finite element analysis program ANSYS software, the physical unit, slab bridge unit and rod unit are combined to establish the PC combined simple-supported beam calculation model of corrugated steel webs. The waveforms of the composite beam under three-point symmetrical loading are simulated respectively The mechanical properties of the webs are analyzed. The shear stress distribution and the proportion of shear force sharing of the three control cross-section corrugated steel webs are theoretically analyzed. The analysis results show that the corrugated steel webs bear the cross-sectional shear force of 79.2% -82.9% The stress distribution along the cross-section height is more uniform, and the relationship between the shear stress of the slab section and the slab section adjacent to the corrugated steel web is analyzed.
