目的以海洋动植物为原料制备MNW基质液,研究MNW基质液与MNW对免疫细胞功能的影响。方法以MNW基质液和MNW分别灌胃BALB/C小鼠和NLH小鼠,观察小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数。以MNW基质液诱导T细胞,以125I-UdR掺入法观察MNW基质液对人外周血T细胞增殖的影响,以及MNW对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响。结果MNW基质液能增强BALB/C和NLH小鼠吞噬率和吞噬指数。MNW中,高剂量组能提高BALB/C小鼠的吞噬率和吞噬指数。MNW基质液能协同诱导人外周血T细胞增殖。MNW对BALB/C小鼠NK活性影响,低剂量组与对照组NK细胞活性有显著性差异,中、高剂量组活性明显增高。结论MNW及基质液均能增加小鼠吞噬功能,能增加NK细胞活性,能协同诱导人外周T细胞增殖,具有调节免疫细胞的功能。
Objective To prepare MNW matrix liquid from marine animals and plants and study the effect of MNW matrix liquid and MNW on immune cell function. Methods BALB / C mice and NLH mice were inoculated with MNW and MNW respectively. The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of macrophages in mice were observed. T lymphocytes were induced by MNW matrix solution. The effect of MNW matrix on the proliferation of T lymphocytes was observed by 125I-UdR incorporation and the effect of MNW on NK cell activity. Results MNW matrix fluid enhanced the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of BALB / C and NLH mice. The medium and high dose MNW groups increased the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of BALB / C mice. MNW matrix liquid can synergistically induce T cell proliferation in human peripheral blood. The effect of MNW on NK activity of BALB / C mice was significantly different from that of NK cells in low dose group and control group. The activity of NK cells in middle and high dose groups was significantly increased. Conclusion Both MNW and matrix fluid can increase the phagocytosis of mice, increase the activity of NK cells, synergistically induce the proliferation of human peripheral T cells and regulate the function of immune cells.
