柱塞配流是柱塞泵的一种新型配流机构 ,它具备端面配流和阀配流泵的优点 ,同时又避免了两者的缺陷 ,其应用前景十分看好。闭死容积的研究是柱塞配流纯水液压泵的关键技术之一 ,本文主要研究了 :闭死容积密封长度的确定 ;困水过程的作用时间 ;配流过程数学模型的建立与仿真。其结果有助于泵配流机构的正确设计
Piston flow distribution is a new kind of flow distribution mechanism of piston pump. It has the advantages of end-face flow distribution and valve distribution flow pump, meanwhile avoids the defects of both, and its application prospect is very optimistic. The study of dead volume is one of the key technologies of hydraulic distribution pump with plunger. In this paper, the study is focused on the determination of the length of dead volume seal, the action time of the trapped water process, and the establishment and simulation of the mathematical model of the flow distribution process. The results contribute to the correct design of the pump delivery mechanism
