目的:探讨小儿轮状病毒(RV)性肠炎与血清转氨酶和心肌酶谱变化的关系。方法:对2010~2011年收治的62例小儿RV性肠炎(观察组)和RV抗原阴性的57例肠炎患儿(对照组)进行血清转氨酶及心肌酶谱测定,对其结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组血清转氨酶明显高于对照组,且年龄越小肝功异常率越高;观察组患儿心肌酶谱各指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿RV性肠炎可引起血清心肌酶谱和转氨酶异常;早期监测血清转氨酶和心肌酶谱变化,对小儿RV性肠炎的诊断和干预治疗有重要参考意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between rotavirus (RV) enteritis and serum aminotransferase and myocardial zymogram in children. Methods: Serum transaminases and myocardial enzymes were measured in 62 cases of RV enteritis (observation group) and 57 cases of RV antigen-negative enteritis children (control group) from 2010 to 2011. The results were compared. Results: The serum aminotransferase in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the older the abnormal liver function rate was, the indexes of myocardial enzymes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Serum CK and aminotransferase abnormalities may be induced in children with RV enteritis. Early detection of serum aminotransferase and myocardial enzymes changes is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric RV enteritis.
