随着80年代,国际金融法理论的传入,国际金融法在国内的发展将近30年左右。国内学者对于国际金融法的调整对象、理论体系、基本问题研究的认识上不同的认识。本文总结了90年代以来,国内国际金融法学术研究成果,在总结了学者对于每一个基本问题的争议基础之上给出了指导国内国际金融法发展的意见。
With the introduction of the theory of international financial law in the 1980s, the development of international financial law in China has been going on for about 30 years. Domestic scholars have different understandings on the object of adjustment, theoretical system and basic problems of international financial law. This article summarizes the academic achievements of domestic and international financial law since the 1990s and summarizes the scholars’ opinions on the development of domestic and international financial laws based on the controversy over each basic issue.
