分析了我国电子政务绩效评估的现状;阐述了开展电子政务绩效评估的意义;提出了服务型政府视角的电子政务综合绩效评估体系框架体系,并重点分析了该框架体系体现的绩效驱动“指挥棒”作用以及在评估体系、评估主体和指标体系方面的创新,强调重视绩效评估报告及结果的运用;展望了电子政务绩效评估的未来发展趋势。
