《半导体器件》课程是电子信息类,尤其是光电信息专业的重要基础课程。目前智能电子设备的飞速发展,要求光电专业人才具备丰富的半导体器件的前沿知识。在本科和研究生教学中,将半导体器件的原理讲授与专业软件Silvaco的仿真分析有机地结合起来,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对物理概念的理解,培养学生的器件分析和设计能力,为日后的深造研究或研发工作打好坚实基础。
