当前我国经济快速发展,培养优秀的创业创新人才已经成为一个必然趋势。成人高校作为培养创业创新人才的重要阵地,面临着许多困境,如对创业创新教育认识不够深入、课程设置较为落后、教学方法相对单一、实践师资力量比较薄弱、校企合作不够理想等。基于此,应该以转变教育观念为先导、以合理的课程设置为核心、以改革教学方法为途径、以建设专业化的教师队伍为基石、以创立校企合作实践基地为平台、以政府支持为依托,解决成人高校面临的困境,进一步推动成人高校培养创业创新人才。
At present, the rapid economic development in our country and the cultivation of excellent pioneering and innovative talents have become an inevitable trend. Adult colleges and universities, as an important front for cultivating pioneering and innovative talents, are faced with many difficulties. For example, they do not have a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation education, the curriculum is lagging behind, the teaching methods are relatively simple, the practical teachers are weak, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not ideal. Based on this, we should change the concept of education as the guide, with reasonable curriculum as the core, to reform the teaching methods as a way to build professional teachers as the cornerstone to establish a school-enterprise cooperation practice as a platform to government support for Relying on, to solve the plight of adult colleges and universities, to further promote the cultivation of pioneering talents in adult colleges and universities.
