目前高职院校的教育模式越来越灵活多样,随着国外先进教育方法的引进,行动导向教学法也被越来越多的高职院校所接受,学习并应用到了具体的教学中。笔者基于职教理论及自身的实践教学经验,在实践教学中实施了行动导向教学法,通过观察,分析,总结出行动导向教学法在职业教育中的实践教学和能力培养方面的优点,显示出行动导向教学法能有效促进学生的实操技能及综合职业能力的形成及提升。因此,借本文将对行动导向教学法的操作模式、问题与对策等内容与大家分享,共同进行分析和探讨。
At present, the modes of education in higher vocational colleges are becoming more flexible and diversified. With the introduction of foreign advanced educational methods, the action-oriented pedagogy is also accepted by more and more higher vocational colleges and studied and applied to specific teaching. Based on the theory of vocational education and its own practical teaching experience, the author has implemented the action-oriented teaching method in practice teaching. Through observation and analysis, the author summarizes the advantages of the action-oriented teaching method in practical teaching and ability training in vocational education. Action-oriented pedagogy can effectively promote students’ practical skills and the formation and promotion of comprehensive professional ability. Therefore, by means of this article, we will share with you about the operation mode, problems and countermeasures of action-oriented pedagogy, and jointly analyze and discuss them.
