最近我一直觉得口干,特别是半夜醒来的时候。有朋友给我介绍了一个防口干的法子:睡前将四五粒枸杞放入口中并一直含着。这样既能防止张口睡觉,又能刺激唾液分泌,从而预防夜间口干。我试用了半个月,情况确实有所好转。
Recently I always feel dry mouth, especially when it woke up in the middle of the night. A friend introduced me to an anti-dry method: four or five wolfberry before going to bed in the mouth and has been kept. This will not only prevent mouth mouth to sleep, but also stimulate the secretion of saliva, thus preventing dry mouth at night. I tried for half a month, the situation did improve.
