目的了解不同培养基对福建金线莲种子萌发以及幼苗生长的影响。方法比较6种基本培养基对福建金线莲种子萌发的影响,观察并统计种子萌发率;利用正交设计研究萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)对福建金线莲种子萌发形成的幼苗叶片数、茎节数、根数、根长度、株高、鲜重等的影响。结果不同基本培养基对福建金线莲种子萌发及原球茎分化效果不同,种子在MS培养基上萌发率最高,达60.38%,原球茎在1/2MS培养基上分化成幼苗效果最好;不同植物激素组合对福建金线莲幼苗生长影响无显著性差异,1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1效果较好。结论适宜的培养基能够促进福建金线莲种子的萌发与幼苗生长。
Objective To understand the effects of different media on the seed germination and seedling growth of Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii. Methods The effects of six kinds of basic medium on the seed germination of Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii were compared and the seed germination rate was observed. The orthogonal design was used to study the effects of NAA and 6-BA on Fujian gold The seedling leaf number, stem number, root number, root length, plant height, fresh weight and other effects of lotus seed germination. Results Different basal medium had different effect on seed germination and protocorm differentiation of A. japonicus. The germination rate of the seed on MS medium was the highest (60.38%). The differentiation of protocorm on the 1/2 MS medium was the best. There was no significant difference in the effects of phytohormones on the growth of A. castaneum seedlings. The effect of 1 / 2MS + NAA 1.0 mg · L-1 + 6-BA 2.0 mg · L-1 was better. Conclusion Suitable medium can promote the seed germination and seedling growth of Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii.
