患者女,75岁,确诊2型糖尿病3年。3年前开始使用精蛋白锌重组人胰岛素(优泌林N),每日6U,晚10时注射,以及重组人胰岛素(优泌林R),早晨28U,中午22U,晚上16U,皮下注射。使用规格为30G×8mm的BD胰岛素笔用针头。胰岛素使用前须恢复至室温。注射范围为腹部脐周10cm,注射部位轮换使用。6个月后注射部位出现凹陷,改为双臂三角肌下缘和双大腿内外侧注射,3～6个月后也先后出现注
