通过对自动铺带成型工艺过程的分析,论述自动铺放过程是成型压力作用下预浸带蠕变及回复的连续动态过程。经对预浸带蠕变过程分析,采用分阶段适应性调节铺带头压力的方法保持成型压力恒定,以保证预浸带在铺放后厚度均匀。结合自动铺带CAM软件,提出一种基于铺带轨迹控制点的分段调节铺带头成型压力的控制算法,并采用UMAC(Universal Motion and Automation Controller)控制系统设计相应的控制程序,最终实现成型压力分阶段调节子控制系统的搭建。
Through the analysis of the auto-tape forming process, it is discussed that the auto-laying process is a continuous dynamic process of creep and recovery of prepreg tape under forming pressure. After analyzing the creep process of pre-dip tape, the method of adjusting the head pressure by adapting and adjusting in stages is adopted to keep the molding pressure constant, so as to ensure the uniform thickness of the prepreg tape after laying. Combined with the auto-paved CAM software, a control algorithm for adjusting the forming pressure of the paving head based on the control points of the paved track is proposed.
