研究了添加稀土元素对WC-Co硬质合金晶粒度的影响。结果表明,采用特定加入方式添加适量稀土元素,可以抑制WC-Co硬质合金中WC晶粒的不均匀长大。表明在WC/液相界面处稀土原子的吸附,限制了W、C原子由液相向固相的迁移速率,减缓了WC晶体的长大速率;同时降低了该界面的界面张力б_(?),减小了各WC晶粒在液相中的饱和溶解度差,一定程度上减小了晶粒长大的动力。
The effects of adding rare earth elements on the grain size of WC-Co cemented carbide were studied. The results show that adding appropriate amount of rare earth elements by specific addition can restrain the WC grain growth in WC-Co cemented carbide. The results show that the adsorption of rare earth atoms at WC / liquid interface limits the migration of W and C atoms from liquid phase to solid phase and slows down the growth rate of WC crystal. At the same time, the interfacial tension б_ (?) , Reducing the saturated solubility of each WC grain in the liquid phase poor, to a certain extent, reduce the power of grain growth.
