相干光通信是下一代光纤通信的模式,其中以零差接收最具吸引力,而光频锁相环研究则是零差接收的关键技术,已受到广泛重视。由于实现半导体激光器光频锁相技术上难度极大,直到八十年代中后期才见到有关的报导,目前国外只有很少几个实验室实现了半导体激光器光频锁相环实验。 北京邮电学院光通信教研室从接受课题以来,在实验设备及仪器部件极缺乏的条件下,教研室内通力合作,进行了光频锁相环路必需的理论研究和部件研制。
Coherent optical communication is the next generation of optical fiber communication mode, of which the most attractive to receive zero-difference, and optical frequency phase-locked loop is the key technology of zero-difference reception, has been widely valued. Due to the difficulty in achieving the technology of optical frequency PLL of semiconductor laser, it was not until the late 1980s that the related reports were seen.
