旅游管理专业培养与酒店的需求不完全相符,导致旅游管理专业学生在就业市场中不占优势,已经成为亟待解决的重要问题。本文以海南高星级酒店为例,从软能力和硬能力两个维度设计调查问卷,并进行数据分析,总结出符合海南高星级酒店的人才应具备的能力,并据此为旅游院校的培养方式提供相关建议。
