目的探索构建PDCA环为导向的病案科管理关键绩效指标体系。方法以PDCA循环(质量管理)管理法和关键绩效指标理论为依据,在病案管理引入绩效考核措施,建立病案科统一流程的绩效管理体系,同时实现考核体系信息化。结果实现提高工作效率、工作质量的同时也提高了部门和员工的工作满意度。结论以PDCA循环改进为导向的病案管理关键绩效指标体系的构建,实现病案科管理高效化、标准化、减少工作差错的发生,推动员工成长,促进了病案管理的发展。
Objective To explore the construction of PDCA ring-oriented critical case management key performance indicators system. Methods Based on the PDCA cycle (quality management) management method and key performance indicators theory, the paper introduced the performance appraisal measures in case management and established the performance management system of the unified process of case management and at the same time realized the informatization of appraisal system. As a result, the work efficiency and quality of work are improved, while job satisfaction of departments and employees is also improved. Conclusion The construction of key performance indicator system of medical record management guided by the PDCA cycle improves the standardization of medical records management, reduces the occurrence of work errors, promotes employee growth and promotes the development of medical record management.
