目的 观察茶多酚(TP)对飞行人员抗氧化作用的影响,旨在为飞行人员选择合适的抗氧化物质,增强其抗氧化能力。方法 40名健康疗养的飞行人员随机分为两组,采取双盲法,实验组(TP组)口服TP600mg/d×20d,对照组服安慰剂,20天后测定两组飞行人员红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量及GSH-PX/MDA比值。结果 TP组SOD活性及GSH-PX/MDA比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),MDA与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 TP可明显提高飞行人员机体清除自由基的能力,显著抑制体内脂质过氧化反应,是一种适用于飞行人员的天然抗氧化药物。
Objective To observe the effect of tea polyphenols (TP) on the anti-oxidant effect of pilots, and to select appropriate anti-oxidants for pilots and enhance their antioxidant capacity. Methods Forty health-care flight attendants were randomly divided into two groups. The double-blind method was adopted. TP600mg / d × 20d was given orally to the experimental group (TP group), placebo was given to the control group and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity, serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content and GSH-PX / MDA ratio. Results The SOD activity and the ratio of GSH-PX / MDA in TP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The MDA content in TP group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion TP can significantly improve the ability of pilots to scavenge free radicals and significantly inhibit lipid peroxidation in vivo. It is a natural anti-oxidant for pilots.
