本文研究了成年‘红星’苹果短枝停长后15~85天顶芽内细胞分裂素(CTK)类物质的动态变化以及环切处理后的影响。薄层色谱(TLC)配合生物鉴定的定性结果表明,短枝顶芽内至少含有两种CTK,玉米素是其中之一。生物鉴定的定量结果表明,在短枝顶长后15天,短枝顶芽内CTK类物质含量还很高,以后逐渐下降;环切处理后明显延缓其降低速度,从而使得处理后30天前后CTK类物质含量显著高于对照(P<0.01),短枝花芽随即开始大量分化;在短枝顶长后25天,短枝顶芽内CTK类物质含量小年显著高于大年(P<0.01)。本文还对CTK在苹果花芽分化中的作用以及CTK的产生部位进行了讨论。
In this paper, we studied the dynamic changes of cytokinin (CTK) substances in the terminal buds and the effect of the circumcision treatments on the 15th to the 85th days after adult ’Red Star’ apple spurgeing stopped. The qualitative results of thin layer chromatography (TLC) with bioassay showed that there are at least two CTKs in the shoots, and zeatin is one of them. Quantitative bioassay results showed that the content of CTKs in the shoots was still very high at 15 days after spike length, and then gradually decreased afterwards. The rate of CTK reduction was slowed down significantly after ring cutting, (P <0.01). The sprout buds started to differentiate rapidly. After 25 days of sparrow length, the contents of CTKs in spruce shoots were significantly higher than those of the control (P < 0.01). The paper also discussed the role of CTK in apple flower bud differentiation and the location of CTK.
