随着我国经济的发展,企业对商务秘书的职业要求逐渐发生变化。如何对商务秘书进行绩效考核,如何使商务秘书的绩效标准趋于科学合理完善,对于企业本身以及秘书学科发展有着理论和现实意义。本文探讨了商务秘书绩效标准的涵义和意义,并提出制定商务秘书绩效标准过程中应注意的问题。
With the economic development in our country, the occupational requirements of business secretaries change gradually. How to assess the performance of the business secretary, how to make the performance standard of the business secretary tend to be scientifically sound and perfect, has theoretical and practical significance for the development of the enterprise itself and the secretary. This article explores the meaning and significance of performance standards of business secretary, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to when formulating business secretary performance standards.
