The Panji District, located in the middle and lower reaches of the Huaihe River, has an existing agricultural population of 340,000 and a cultivated area of 33,000 hectares. It is an agricultural area in Huainan City, Anhui Province. The main agricultural planting structure is rice and wheat rotation and two crops are cooked twice a year. Rice is the most productive and highest-yielding food crop in Panji District, accelerating the mechanization of rice transplanting, improving the mechanization of rice production, reducing labor intensity and increasing farmers’ income.
