目的评估维药木尼孜其赛吾达合剂和外用药剂益拉尼油治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)阳性合并盆腔脓肿患者的疗效,从而总结临床用药经验。方法 84例HIV阳性合并盆腔脓肿患者,分为观察组和对照组,各42例。同时选取HIV阴性盆腔脓肿患者42例作为空白组。观察组患者采用维药木尼孜其赛吾达合剂和外用药剂益拉尼油联合手术及术后抗炎治疗;对照组采用单纯手术、抗炎治疗;空白组患者治疗方案与观察组相同。治疗1个月后比较三组治疗效果。结果观察组、对照组和空白组的痊愈率分别为64.3%、52.4%、71.4%,总有效率分别为95.2%、85.7%、97.6%。观察组和空白组痊愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论木尼孜其赛吾达合剂和外用药剂益拉尼油具有较好的抗炎、消瘤作用,对HIV阳性合并盆腔脓肿的患者中具有更好的治疗优势,值得临床上推广使用。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Weimu Miziqi SaiDaDa Mixture and topical medicine Yi Lan Nai Oil in the treatment of patients with positive human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) pelvic abscess, so as to summarize the clinical experience. Methods 84 cases of HIV-positive pelvic abscess patients, divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each. Meanwhile, 42 patients with HIV-negative pelvic abscess were selected as the blank group. Patients in the observation group were treated with the combination drug of Victoria Nizi Saiwuda Mixture and topical agent Yi Lan Nai oil, and anti-inflammatory treatment after operation. The control group was treated with simple operation and anti-inflammatory treatment. The treatment of blank group was the same as the observation group. One month after the treatment, the three groups were compared. Results The cure rates of observation group, control group and blank group were 64.3%, 52.4% and 71.4% respectively, and the total effective rates were 95.2%, 85.7% and 97.6% respectively. The cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group and the blank group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Mukizai SaiDaDa Mixture and topical pharmaceutical YiLanN Oil have better anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects, and have better therapeutic advantages in patients with HIV-positive pelvic abscess. It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
