发现在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4介质中超痕量的钛(Ⅳ)能阻抑双氧水氧化碱性品红褪色的指示反应,研究了阻抑褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了测定超痕量钛(Ⅳ)的方法,方法最低检测限为1.67×10-(12)gTi(Ⅳ)/mL。测定范围为0~0.1μgTi(Ⅳ)/25mL,用于测定人发中的Ti(Ⅳ)获得了满意结果。
It was found that the ultra trace trace titanium (Ⅳ) in KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 can suppress the alkaline fate of hydrogen peroxide oxidation, and the optimal conditions and kinetic parameters for the inhibition of fading reaction were established. (Ⅳ) method, the detection limit of this method is 1.67 × 10- (12) gTi (Ⅳ) / mL. The determination range is 0 ~ 0.1μgTi (Ⅳ) / 25mL, for the determination of human hair Ti (Ⅳ) obtained satisfactory results.
