随着时代的发展和社会的进步,我国在教育事业方面也在逐渐进行改革,在教学的过程中实现了以学生为主体,教师为主导的教学模式。由于学生在性格和学习知识的能力上也存在着一定的差异,导致教师在教学方法的探索上也在逐渐的更新和变革。在小学数学的教学过程中,新课改对小学数学的教学质量和成果有了非常高的要求,这也在一定程度上需要教师在教学的过程中采取分层教学的方式,以提高学生们的学习能力和学习效果。分层教学的教学方式在小学数学教学中取得了一定的成果,但是还存在着一些不足,笔者将通过对小学数学的分层教学进行实践探索,保证未来的小学数学的教学工作能够更加有效的开展。
