素质教育是以人的发展和社会发展的实际需要,全面提高受教育者的德、智、体、美、劳等基本素质为根本目的,以尊重受教育者主体性和主动精神,注重开发人的智慧、潜能,发展人的个性为根本特征的。生物教学长期以来主要是以传授知识为主,通过课堂教学使学生获得生物知识,然而事实告诉我们,这是不全面的。当今世界已进人知识化、市场化、全球化的时代。面对竞争与挑战,启发学生能力、培养学生的观察能力,发展学生生物思维独立获得新知识的能力,是生物教师教学改革的一个重要内容,我在这方面做反复的一些尝试和努力,我就这个问题谈一些体会。
Quality education is based on the actual needs of human development and social development, and comprehensively improve the basic qualities of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education of the educated people. Biology teaching has long been mainly based on the teaching of knowledge, which enables students to acquire biological knowledge through classroom teaching. However, facts tell us that this is not comprehensive. The world today has entered an era of knowledge-based, marketization and globalization. In the face of competition and challenges, enlightening the students' abilities, developing the students' abilities of observation and developing students' abilities to independently acquire biological knowledge is an important part of the teaching reform of biology teachers.
