目的探讨耐高压注射型双腔PICC导管（Power PICC）在静脉肿瘤患者中的应用效果及异位颈内静脉的调整方法。方法统计采用Power PICC的3258例肿瘤患者导管置管期间的并发症发生情况

目的探讨耐高压注射型双腔PICC导管（Power PICC）在静脉肿瘤患者中的应用效果及异位颈内静脉的调整方法。方法统计采用Power PICC的3258例肿瘤患者导管置管期间的并发症发生情况,并对其中26例异位颈内静脉患者进行导管调整,记录并比较导管在进入机体的10 min内、20~30 min这2个时间段的调整成功率。结果 26例Power PICC导管异位颈内静脉的肿瘤患者中,有8例患者在10 min内调整成功,调整成功率为30.8%,其余18例异位导管在25~30 min调整成功,调整成功率为10
