新月菱形藻 (N itzschia closterium)、绿光等鞭金藻 870 1(Isochrysis galbana870 1)和亚心形扁藻 (Platy-monas subcordiformis) 3种海洋微藻用不同浓度的蒽胁迫 72 h,分别测定 3种藻的生长速率、光合色素含量、净光合速率及呼吸速率的变化。结果表明 :3种藻对蒽的敏感性由高到低依次为 :新月菱形藻、金藻 870 1和亚心形扁藻 ;3种微藻呼吸作用受抑制的程度要高于光合作用 ;光合色素含量的变化趋势与光合作用的变化趋势呈一定的正相关 ;但有时光合色素含量低而光合作用强 ;比较 3种藻的净呼吸作用速率发现 ,新月菱形藻呼吸作用相对较强。
Nitzschia closterium, Isochrysis galbana 870 1 and Platy-monas subcordiformis were treated with different concentrations of anthracene for 72 h, respectively. The growth rate, photosynthetic pigment content, net photosynthetic rate and respiration rate of three species of algae were determined. The results showed that the sensitivities of the three species of algae to anthracene from high to low were as follows: Rhodospiromyia cinnabarinus, Chrysophyta 8701 and Platymonas subcordata; the respiration of the three species of microalgae was inhibited more than photosynthesis; Photosynthetic pigment content trends and photosynthesis trends have a certain positive correlation; but sometimes photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthesis; compare the net respiration rate of three species of algae found Crescent Crescenta respiration is relatively strong.
