知识型员工是职业院校生存和发展的基础。目前,因为管理中存在着管理理念、考核评价、激励机制、沟通不畅和管理队伍素质等问题,使职业院校的知识型员工流失较为严重。学院要切实转变管理理念,对知识型员工实行人本管理,要建立科学合理的绩效评估体系,对其工作绩效客观评价,要建立健全有效的激励机制,激发其对学院的归属感,要建立畅通的沟通渠道,满足其交流和倾诉的愿望;要建立一支管理水平高、专业能力强的管理队伍,以确保知识型员工队伍的稳定,促进职业院校健康发展。
