本文从互联网+视野下对体育教育方法改革与应用入手初步搭建以微信公众平台为基础的体育教学交互平台(瑜伽),分析其教育功能,构建互联网+体育的教学模式,并以瑜伽课程为例,探索在互联网+传统体育教学下,学生学习的现状及学习需求,进一步优化教学内容,构建“课前、课中、课后”立体式教学模式,互联网+体育教学平台实时数据显示:互联网+体育模式逐渐被学生所认可;在学习部分通过互联网教学平台学习的时空上更为灵活,学习目标明确更有针对性;同时可以将学习内容分享给好友,让学生真正的成为学习的主人。
