由于社会经济形式多样化的影响、社会思潮多元化的挑战、信息获取多维化的冲击,大学生的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式也随之发生了深刻的变化,呈现出复杂、多样、多元、多变等特点。这些新情况、新问题,给大学生的军训工作提出了挑战。要搞好大学生军训期间的思想政治教育工作,提高国防教育的实效性,就必须着眼于大学生的特点,不断改进教育的形式和方法,切实增强教育的针对性、及时性、创造性,提高教育的效果。
