一九八七年一月四日,陕西省水利学会在西安召开了第三届理事会第二次会议,各名誉理事、各专业委员会(研究会)、《陕西水利》编辑部的负责同志以及各副秘书长也出席了会议。会上,由刘璞副理事长传达了陕西省科协“三大”会议精神。何韧秘书长传达了省科协召开的各学会“靠助”单位负责同志会议精神,并作了关于访日学术汇报。谢方五同志传达了中国水利学会水利史研究会会议精神。会议听取了学会秘书处关于一九八五年、一九八六年近两年来的工作总结和一九八七年工作安排意见;听取了学会和咨询服务部两年来的财务收支情况的汇报。会议讨论了有关事项:
On January 4, 1987, the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Engineering held its second meeting of the third council in Xi’an. Honorary directors, professional committees (seminars), responsible comrades of the editorial department of “Shaanxi Water Conservancy” and Deputy Secretary-General also attended the meeting. At the meeting, vice president Liu Pu conveyed the spirit of the “Big Three” conference of Shaanxi Provincial Association for Science and Technology. He Ren Secretary-General convened a provincial Association for Science held by the Association “help” unit responsible for the gay meeting, and made a study on the academic visit to Japan. Xie Fang five comrades communicated the spirit of the China Institute of Hydraulic Research Association meeting.
