用６－苄氨基嘌呤预处理花生种子，促使了种子活力指数提高，可溶性蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶活性下降，过氧化物酶同工酶及可溶性蛋白质电泳谱带数及分布无变化。用脱落酸预处理花生种子，促使了种子活力指数下降，可溶性蛋白质含量及过氧化物酶活性提高，可溶性蛋白质电泳谱带数减少，但过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数及分布无变化。
The pretreatment of peanut seeds with 6-benzylaminopurine promoted the increase of seed vigor index, the decrease of soluble protein content and peroxidase activity, and no change in the number and distribution of peroxidase isoenzyme and soluble protein electrophoresis bands. Pretreatment of peanut seeds with abscisic acid reduced seed vigor index, soluble protein content and peroxidase activity, while soluble protein electrophoresis band number decreased, but there was no change in peroxidase isozyme band number and distribution.
