经济管理类人才培养的目标定位在既要精通经济学、管理学又要懂得法律知识的复合应用型人才。现阶段,《商事法律》课程教学存在教学内容多,课时紧,先修课程缺乏,考核评价方式单一等不足之处。传统的教学方式、考核方式都与学生期待、社会要求有很大差距,难以承担既定的人才培养任务。本文以河海大学文天学院为例,从教学改革的特点入手,分析目前该课程教学存在的问题,并联系实际提出有效对策。
The goal of economic and management personnel training is to apply talents who need to be proficient in economics and management science but also understand legal knowledge. At this stage, there are many deficiencies in the teaching of “Commercial Law” such as teaching contents, tight class hours, lack of pre-requisites, and a single assessment method. The traditional teaching methods and assessment methods all have great disparity with the expectation of students and social requirements, which make it hard to assume the task of personnel training. Taking Wentian College of Hohai University as an example, this article starts with the characteristics of teaching reform, analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of this course, and puts forward effective countermeasures in the light of the actual situation.
