改革开放后涌现出的私营企业、外资企业和不同用工制度的企业里,各种复杂的劳动关系和劳动矛盾也开始不断显现出来。作为福建经济最为活跃的地区,泉州市非公有制经济居全市经济主导地位,外来劳务大军超过150多万人。如何维护这支特殊队伍的政治权利、经济利益,让他们享有城市市民应有的待遇,一直是党、政府和工会组织思考和面对的问题。福建省石狮市大帝集团工会把创建“职工书屋”作为提高职工综合素质的有效载体,就是泉州市众多民营企业工会维权工作的一个突出代表与缩影。
After the reform and opening up emerged in the private sector, foreign-funded enterprises and employment system of different enterprises, all kinds of complex labor relations and labor conflicts began to emerge.
